I love the way the house smells when I cook something savory. This past Sunday, I roasted a couple of cornish hens.
Instead of experimenting with stuffings and glazes, I did something very basic.
I rubbed the birds with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then rubbed them with Paula Deen’s House seasoning.
